1. Eligibility for Exchange or Repair

  • Products are eligible for exchange or repair if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Requests for exchange or repair must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Process

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos, if applicable.
  • Our team will arrange for the product to be picked up and repaired.
  • After the repair, the product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

4. Conditions for Non-Eligibility

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or repair.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for exchange or repair unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Jaipuria Emporium will cover the shipping costs for exchanges and repairs if the product is deemed defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • If the customer opts for an exchange due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
